Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Yoli Mayor is a 29-year-old singer who blends Latin-Pop with a variety of genres, reflecting her multicultural roots. She emerged from the Magic City's vibrant underground music scene, gaining recognition at local events, open mics, and intimate venues. Her distinctive sound caught the attention of notable publications like The Miami Herald, The Huffington Post, and Downtown Magazine (NYC), who dubbed her "The Cuban Adele." Collaborating with award-winning musicians and producers, Yoli refined her unique voice, moving beyond her roots to create her own style. In 2017, Yoli became a semi-finalist on America’s Got Talent, earning a dedicated following with her powerful voice and engaging personality. She returned to the spotlight in 2022, competing on American Idol during its platinum season. Throughout her career, Yoli has supported numerous causes, including the Equality Florida Institute, Make-a-Wish Foundation, and Operation Smile. Known for her multifaceted sound, Yoli seamlessly blends R&B, Hip Hop, Pop, and Salsa, influenced by legends like Sarah Vaughan, Celia Cruz, and Sade.
